Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu
- 1 1/4 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce sparkling wine
- 1/4 ounce strawberry liqueur
- 1 makrut lime leaf (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Tear the makrut lime leaf into a couple pieces to release its aromatics.
- In a mixing glass or shaking tin, muddle the torn makrut lime leaf with the tequila for a quick infusion.
- Strain the infused tequila into a wine glass and add the strawberry liqueur. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu and sparkling wine, then gently stir.
- Garnish with a makrut lime leaf and serve.
