Ingredients

  • 4 oz Seagram's extra dry gin
  • 1 packet of Butterfly Pea flower tea (available on Amazon)
  • 2 oz blue Curacao
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz club soda
  • Ice
  • Mint sprig
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. In a small jar, pour the gin and add the Butterfly Pea flower tea packet. Let it sit overnight.
  2. The next day, remove the tea packet from the gin.
  3. Fill an 8 oz glass with ice and pour the blue Curacao into the glass.
  4. Slowly pour the lemon juice on top of the blue Curacao.
  5. Very slowly, pour the gin into the glass.
  6. Splash with club soda.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig and maraschino cherries.
