Ingredients

  • 2 oz Redemption Rye whiskey
  • 1/4 oz Cinnamon syrup
  • 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • 3 Dashes of Pimento bitters
  • Rinse of Dry Curaçao for glass

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass and rinse it with Dry Curaçao.
  2. In a shaker with ice, stir together the Redemption Rye whiskey, cinnamon syrup, sweet vermouth, and bitters.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass.
