Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Northern Keep Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Drambuie
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, leaving one sprig of rosemary for garnish.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice to create the egg white foam.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Strain the mixture over fresh ice and garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig.
