Winter Cedar and Clementine Pisco Smash
A refreshing winter Pisco Smash infused with cedar, clementine, and peach flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg White
- 1.50 oz La Caravedo Pisco
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Clementine Juice
- 1 Yellow Peach, pitted
- 1/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2/3 oz Cedar Maple Syrup
- 3 dashes El Guapo Holiday Pie Bitters
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the peach until it becomes a pulp.
- Add the egg white, La Caravedo Pisco, freshly squeezed clementine juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cedar maple syrup, and El Guapo Holiday Pie Bitters into the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake until the tin becomes cold to the touch.
- Strain the mixture into your favorite coupe glass and enjoy.
