Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 1.50 oz La Caravedo Pisco
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Clementine Juice
  • 1 Yellow Peach, pitted
  • 1/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2/3 oz Cedar Maple Syrup
  • 3 dashes El Guapo Holiday Pie Bitters

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the peach until it becomes a pulp.
  2. Add the egg white, La Caravedo Pisco, freshly squeezed clementine juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cedar maple syrup, and El Guapo Holiday Pie Bitters into the shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake until the tin becomes cold to the touch.
  5. Strain the mixture into your favorite coupe glass and enjoy.
