Ingredients
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 oz blended Scotch whisky
- 0.85 oz cold brew coffee or cooled espresso
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- Dash angostura bitters
- Few ice cubes
Instructions
- Place a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Light one end of the cinnamon stick with a gas flame. Once the flame goes out, let it cool.
- Take the chilled glass from the freezer and prepare the remaining ingredients in a sealed cocktail shaker or a jam jar with a lid.
- Shake the ingredients well and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Finely grate over some of the unburnt end of the cinnamon stick, then float the stick in the glass before serving.
