Ingredients
- 1/4 box black cherry gelatin
- 1/4 envelope unflavored gelatin (optional)
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 2/3 tsp Creme de Cacao
- 1/8 cup cold coffee
- 1 maraschino cherry with stem
- 1/5 oz whipped cream
- 1/3 oz chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Place water in a microwave-safe measuring cup and microwave until it begins to boil.
- Pour the black cherry gelatin into a large container and add the hot water, stirring until dissolved.
- Measure the creme de cacao and coffee, and add them to the jello mixture, stirring to combine.
- Arrange a small disposable cup in a container to prevent spills.
- Pour an equal amount of jello into each cup and place the container in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, shake the can of whipped cream well and invert it over each cup, then spray a small dollop of whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle about a teaspoon of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream and top with a maraschino cherry.
