Ingredients
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon ground espresso
- 2 teaspoons demerara sugar
- 3 ounces cold brew coffee
- Whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine Irish whiskey and ground espresso in a small bowl; let it stand for 15 minutes.
- Strain the whiskey and espresso mixture through a coffee filter into a cocktail shaker.
- In a separate small bowl, stir the demerara sugar and 2 teaspoons of hot water until the sugar is dissolved.
