Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whipped heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of the whipped cream, lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and ice.
- Blend on high speed for around 15 seconds or until the mixture has a milkshake-like consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
