Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
- 3 oz rosé wine
- 1 tbsp watermelon liqueur
- 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup club soda
- 1 lime slice
- 1 small watermelon wedge
- 1 sprig of mint
Instructions
- Prepare frozen watermelon cubes by chopping watermelon into 1-inch cubes, laying them out on a parchment-covered baking sheet, and freezing for at least 2 hours.
- Cut slices from the remaining watermelon and soak them in rosé wine and watermelon liqueur.
- Cut small watermelon wedges for garnish, wrap them in plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
- In a pitcher, combine rosé wine, watermelon liqueur, and lime juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, add club soda to the alcohol mixture.
- In a glass, add frozen watermelon cubes and ice, then pour the sangria over the ice.
- Garnish by placing a lime slice on the glass, adding a small watermelon wedge to the edge, and topping with a sprig of mint.
