Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz golden rum
  • 1.50 oz cognac
  • 0.50 oz fino sherry
  • Dash of sugar syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Hot water, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small warmed jug, combine the golden rum, cognac, fino sherry, sugar syrup, and lemon juice, leaving out the cinnamon stick.
  2. Top up the mixture with very hot water to your desired taste.
  3. Pour the punch into warm glass tumblers.
