Ingredients

  • 4 raspberries
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. silver rum
  • 1 oz. gin
  • 1/2 oz. crème de violette
  • 1/4 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (pasteurized if preferred)
  • 1/2 oz. heavy cream
  • 1 oz. dry sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the raspberries with the simple syrup.
  2. Add the silver rum, gin, crème de violette, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, fresh lemon juice, egg white, and heavy cream to the shaker.
  3. Dry shake the ingredients to combine them.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill the mixture.
  5. Double strain the cocktail into a glass.
  6. Top the cocktail with dry sparkling wine.
