Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon boiling water
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
  • 4 oz. Milk
  • Shaved chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, and boiling water.
  2. Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes fluffy and light in color.
  3. Once fully whipped, add cocoa powder and continue to whip for an additional minute.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Bailey's, coffee liqueur, and milk. Fill with ice, shake well, and pour into a glass.
  5. Top the cocktail with the whipped coffee and garnish with shaved chocolate.
