Ingredients
- 2 oz Cynar
- 1/2 oz chocolate syrup
- 1 large egg
- A few dashes of whiskey barrel-aged bitters
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and water over medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then refrigerate until ready to use.
- Add the egg to a shaker and break apart the yolk and whites with a barspoon or fork.
