Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz Scotch whisky or Irish whiskey
  • 2 tbsp strong fresh coffee, cooled OR 1 heaped tsp instant coffee (dissolved in small amount of boiling water and left to cool)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
  • 4-6 tbsp agave syrup or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the whisky, cooled coffee, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and agave syrup in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes or until it becomes completely smooth.
  3. Taste the concoction and adjust the sweetness, whisky strength, or coffee intensity to your preference.
  4. Blend the mixture again until it reaches your desired consistency.
  5. If storing in the fridge, make sure to re-soften it in the microwave or in a pan of hot water and whisk it up before serving.
