Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gentleman Jack whiskey
  • 1 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz Passion fruit purée
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 1/2 oz Egg white (optional)
  • Garnish: Edible flower
  • Garnish: Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously for 8 seconds.
  3. Remove the ice and shake the cocktail again for 8 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass, allowing the foam to settle for about 3 seconds.
  5. Using an atomizer, spray Angostura bitters over half of the cocktail.
  6. Garnish with an edible flower.
