Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 pineapple, skin removed and cut into pieces
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
Instructions
- Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut it into pieces.
- Place the pineapple skin, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a large jar.
- Pour 2 cups of water into the jar, ensuring the ingredients are fully covered.
- Seal the jar tightly and shake it gently to mix the contents.
- Leave the jar at room temperature for 4 to 5 days, shaking it 3 times a day to aid fermentation.
- Once a layer of foam forms on the surface, the drink is ready to be filtered.
- Filter the liquid into a sealable bottle, then leave it at room temperature for 12 hours to achieve a sparkling texture.
