Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 ginger beer (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 oz sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Tajin powder for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Mango slices for garnish (optional)
  • Lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the diced mango and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Rim your chosen glassware with Tajin.
  3. Fill a copper mug or glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the mango-lime puree over the ice, filling the glass about halfway.
  5. Add ginger beer to the glass, leaving some space at the top.
