Ingredients

  • 2 oz London Dry gin
  • 2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Cherry Heering
  • 1/3 oz Cointreau
  • 1/3 oz Bénédictine
  • 1/4 oz homemade grenadine (or best-quality)
  • 2 to 4 dashes Angostura bitters, to taste
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top off the glass with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lime peel.
