Ingredients

  • 1 lime
  • 1.50 oz Cointreau
  • 1.50 oz Bacardi 8 rum
  • 1.50 oz Bacardi Oro rum
  • 1 tbsp orgeat syrup
  • orange zest
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice of the lime into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add Cointreau, Bacardi 8 rum, Bacardi Oro rum, and orgeat syrup to the shaker, then stir.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a short rock glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with orange zest, a sprig of mint, and a straw.
