Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Captain Morgan Caribbean White Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with plenty of ice, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur, Captain Morgan Caribbean White Rum, and apricot brandy.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a short glass.
  4. Garnish with pineapple or orange slices, or a sprig of rosemary.
