Ingredients

  • 1/4 small mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 2 orange slices, halved
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 6 oz dry white wine (e.g., Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz triple sec or orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
  • 1/4 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, mix together the chopped mango, halved orange slices, chopped pineapple, white wine, pineapple juice, brandy, and orange liqueur.
  2. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 day or up to 5 days, stirring daily.
  3. To serve, stir in the club soda. If the pitcher is full, top each glass of sangria with a bit of club soda.
