Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple (peeled, cored, and cut into chunks)
- 3/4 tablespoon Coconut Cream
- 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup Mango puree (fresh mango peeled, pitted, and pureed)
- 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- 3/4 cup Ice
- Fresh Pineapple Wedge for garnish
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Combine pineapple chunks, mango puree, coconut cream, pineapple juice, coconut sugar, and ice in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
