Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple (peeled, cored, and cut into chunks)
  • 3/4 tablespoon Coconut Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Mango puree (fresh mango peeled, pitted, and pureed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Ice
  • Fresh Pineapple Wedge for garnish
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, mango puree, coconut cream, pineapple juice, coconut sugar, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
