Ingredients

  • 4 limes, quartered
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/3 - 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 0.20 oz fresh mint leaves
  • 0.50 red chili, seeds removed
  • Serve with a shot of rum

Instructions

  1. Rinse the limes, then cut into quarters, and place in a blender along with the water.
  2. Pulse the blender 5-8 times until the limes are broken up into rough chunks.
  3. Strain off the lime and pith, and return the strained lime juice to the blender.
  4. Add 2 cups of ice, plus the chili OR mint, and condensed milk.
  5. Blend the mixture until light and fluffy, with the ice fully combined into the liquid.
  6. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary, or add a touch more fresh mint or chili if desired.
  7. Pour into ice-filled glasses and enjoy.
