Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz coconut milk
  • 1.40 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.50 to 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1.50 oz rum
  • 0.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
  • cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks. Adjust the amount of cream of coconut based on your desired sweetness and coconut flavor.
  2. Blend on low speed until well combined, about 1 minute.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, allowing it to chill for at least 4 hours for the best flavor, up to 4 days.
  4. Shake before serving.
  5. Serve chilled and garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.
