Ingredients
- 1.50 oz coconut milk
- 1.40 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 0.50 to 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1.50 oz rum
- 0.50 oz evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
- cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks. Adjust the amount of cream of coconut based on your desired sweetness and coconut flavor.
- Blend on low speed until well combined, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, allowing it to chill for at least 4 hours for the best flavor, up to 4 days.
- Shake before serving.
- Serve chilled and garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.
