Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1.50 oz cedar gin
- 0.25 oz Suze
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- For on the rocks, combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds, then strain over fresh ice.
- For frozen, blend all ingredients with 4-6 ice cubes until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with a pineapple frond.
- For hot, combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe glass or mug. Add 1-2 oz of water, cover, and microwave for 30 seconds.
