Ingredients

  • 1/9 Cup Sweetened coconut flake
  • 1.30 oz Cream of Coconut, divided
  • 2 oz Spiced rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Coconut milk
  • 2/3 oz Triple sec
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Spread sweetened coconut flakes on a small plate and rim a cocktail glass with 1/4 teaspoon of Cream of Coconut. Dip the glass into the coconut flakes, then set it aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, spiced rum, fresh lime juice, remaining cream of coconut, coconut milk, and triple sec. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add more ice to the prepared cocktail glass and strain the drink into the glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
