Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz white rum (Street Pumas Panamanian Rum or Plantation 3 Star Rum)
  • 3/4 oz Galliano L'Autentico
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp acid lime cordial
  • 5 drops saline

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake with one large ice cube and two small ice cubes.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with a lime twist.
