Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz coconut-infused blue curaçao
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the coconut-infused blue curaçao by combining 4 ounces of blue curaçao with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then strain and store.
- Make the blue coconut garnish by drying the strained coconut flakes in a sunny place for around 5 hours, then store in an airtight container.
- To make the drink, combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Pour the entire contents of the shaker, including the ice, into an Old-Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a blue coconut-dusted pineapple wedge.
