Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
  • 1.50 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1/3 oz lime juice
  • 3-4 frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions

  1. For Frozen Pina Coladas, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. If making Virgin Pina Coladas, omit the rums and blend the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, lime juice, pineapple chunks, and ice until smooth and frothy.
  3. To make Pina Colada On the Rocks, mix the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, both rums, and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir well and serve over ice in tall glasses.
