Ingredients
- 1.50 oz white rum (or omit for virgin piña coladas)
- 1.50 oz pineapple juice
- 1.50 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- 2 tbsp frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup Ice
- Maraschino cherry, optional for garnishing
- Pineapple wedge, optional for garnishing
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine white rum, pineapple juice, Coco Lopez cream of coconut, frozen pineapple, and ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, for about 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a glass, and optionally garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or a pineapple wedge.
