- 3 tbsp Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- Juice from 1/4 fresh lime
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- Fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish (optional)
