Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Finlandia Vodka
  • 1.50 oz Kiju Grape Apple Juice
  • 2 sprigs of Thyme (1 for garnish)
  • 1 sprig of Lavender
  • 4 green Grapes
  • 2 dashes of Bitter Sling's Kensington Dry Aromatics
  • 1 oz Tonic Water

Instructions

  1. In a Collins Glass, muddle the grapes and add 1 sprig of Thyme and the Lavender sprig (remove the stems).
  2. Add ice to the glass.
  3. Pour in the Finlandia Vodka, Kiju Grape Apple Juice, and Bitter Sling's Kensington Dry Aromatics.
  4. Top off with Tonic Water.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with the remaining sprig of Thyme.
