Ingredients
- 3.50 oz milk chocolate
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 10.60 oz evaporated milk (7.5% fat)
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz half and half
- 10.50 oz whiskey
Instructions
- Roughly chop the milk chocolate and then grate it until finely chopped.
- In a bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water and mix with a portion of the evaporated milk. Heat to 122 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes to melt the chocolate, ensuring the coffee is completely dissolved.
- Add the remaining evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, half and half, and whiskey to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Mix slowly for about 30 seconds, starting at a low speed and gradually increasing to blend the ingredients.
- Pour the creamy mixture into sterilized bottles and refrigerate to chill.
