The Rosy Pomegranate Fizz
The Rosy Pomegranate Fizz is a delightful and elegant cocktail that combines the delicate flavors of rose, pomegranate, gin, and Aperol, topped with sparkling lemonade.
Ingredients
- Water, to fill ice cube tray
- Pomegranate seeds (arils), as desired
- 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
- 1 oz dry gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 0.50 oz Aperol
- 3 drops rose water
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade, to top off
Instructions
- Fill an ice cube tray with water and drop several pomegranate seeds into each well. Freeze until solid.
- In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, dry vermouth, Aperol, and rose water, stirring to mix well.
- Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
- Pour the mixture over the ice in the Collins glass.
- Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade.
