Ingredients

  • Water, to fill ice cube tray
  • Pomegranate seeds (arils), as desired
  • 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.50 oz Aperol
  • 3 drops rose water
  • Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade, to top off

Instructions

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with water and drop several pomegranate seeds into each well. Freeze until solid.
  2. In a chilled mixing glass, combine the chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, dry vermouth, Aperol, and rose water, stirring to mix well.
  3. Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ice in the Collins glass.
  5. Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade.
