A refreshing and balanced cocktail that combines rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, Aperol, and sparkling lemonade, garnished with frozen pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.50 oz Aperol
  • 3 drops rose water
  • Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade

Instructions

  1. Freeze pomegranate seeds in ice cube tray filled with water.
  2. In a chilled mixing glass, stir together the chilled tea, gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water.
  3. Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ice in the glass.
  5. Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or sparkling lemonade.
