The Rosy Pomegranate Fizz
A refreshing and balanced cocktail that combines rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, Aperol, and sparkling lemonade, garnished with frozen pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients
- Water
- Pomegranate seeds (arils)
- 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
- 1 oz dry gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 0.50 oz Aperol
- 3 drops rose water
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade
Instructions
- Freeze pomegranate seeds in ice cube tray filled with water.
- In a chilled mixing glass, stir together the chilled tea, gin, vermouth, Aperol, and rose water.
- Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
- Pour the mixture over the ice in the glass.
- Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or sparkling lemonade.
