Ingredients
- 1/2 oz beet juice
- 1/2 oz carrot juice
- 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the beet juice, carrot juice, balsamic vinegar, Carpano Antica, and bourbon.
- Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
- Strain evenly into an ice-filled cocktail glass and serve.
