Ingredients

  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 1/2 tsp loose leaf Wuyi Oolong Tea
  • 1.50 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.25 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1.50 oz whole milk
  • 3 oz anejo tequila
  • 1/2 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine mezcal, oolong tea, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, whole milk, anejo tequila, and Ancho Reyes in a mixing glass.
  2. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter lined with cheesecloth to clarify the punch.
  4. Pour 3 ounces of the clarified punch into a coffee mug or rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Stir for 15 revolutions.
  6. Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
