The Nasturtium Breeze
This refreshing cocktail, The Nasturtium Breeze, is inspired by the now-closed Martini House in St. Helena, Calif. It's a delightful blend of Aviation gin, St.-Germain elderflower liqueur, and a hint of lemon, topped with soda. Served with a picturesque nasturtium blossom and leaf, it's a drink that's not only pleasing to the palate but also to the eyes. Perfect for any cocktail hour, this cocktail strikes a delightful balance between tartness and sweetness.
