Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated ginger
  • Ice cubes
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 4 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 2/3 cups Jameson Original
  • 1 cup ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Blend 4 cups pomegranate juice, 3/4 cup grated ginger, zest and juice of 3 limes, and 1/4 cup sugar in a blender.
  2. Strain the mixture into a jug.
  3. Add 1 2/3 cups Jameson Original and 1 cup ginger beer to the jug.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Serve in a rocks glass over ice.
  6. Garnish with lime slices and pomegranate seeds.
