Ingredients

  • 1 oz coffee-infused vodka
  • 0.50 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 0.25 oz honey syrup
  • 0.25 oz walnut liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • Dark beer

Instructions

  1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice, and pour your favorite dark beer in until it reaches the halfway point.
  2. In a cocktail tin, combine the coffee-infused vodka, Ancho Reyes, honey syrup, walnut liqueur, and egg white.
  3. Dry shake the mixture for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Add ice to the tin, then shake again for 10 seconds.
  5. Double strain the mixture over the top of the dark beer in the Old Fashioned glass, allowing the cocktail to float on top.
