A dairy-free, frothy twist on the classic White Russian, The Frothy Walnut Brew features coffee-infused vodka, Ancho Reyes, honey syrup, and walnut liqueur, topped with dark beer for a rich, decadent flavor experience.
Ingredients
- 1 oz coffee-infused vodka
- 0.50 oz Ancho Reyes
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 0.25 oz walnut liqueur
- 1 egg white
- Dark beer
Instructions
- Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice, and pour your favorite dark beer in until it reaches the halfway point.
- In a cocktail tin, combine the coffee-infused vodka, Ancho Reyes, honey syrup, walnut liqueur, and egg white.
- Dry shake the mixture for at least 20 seconds.
- Add ice to the tin, then shake again for 10 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture over the top of the dark beer in the Old Fashioned glass, allowing the cocktail to float on top.
