Ingredients

  • 1 whole ginger (grated)
  • Ice
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 3 1/3 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups Jameson Original
  • 1 cup ginger beer

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 1 litre pomegranate juice, grated ginger, juice and zest of 3 limes, and sugar.
  2. Blend the mixture, then strain it into a jug.
  3. Add 1/2 bottle of Jameson and 250ml ginger beer to the jug.
  4. Serve the cocktail in a rocks glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with lime slices and pomegranate seeds.
