A brunch cocktail with a twist, blending the savory flavors of a bloody mary with the refreshing addition of beer.
Ingredients
- 4 oz tomato mixture (A1 Steak Sauce, fresh lime juice, Frank's Red Hot brand hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, black pepper, horseradish, and tomato juice)
- 8 oz canned Schlitz beer
- 1 lime wedge
- Hot sauce for garnish
Instructions
- In a pint glass, pour 4 ounces of the tomato mixture.
- Top with 8 ounces of Schlitz beer.
- Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink, then drop it in.
- Garnish with a dash of hot sauce.
- Occasionally refresh the glass with more beer from the can while drinking.
