A refreshing, blended cocktail infused with the flavors of Thai basil, lemongrass syrup, and two different rums.
Ingredients
- 0.50 oz Rhum Agricole
- 2 oz 2 Rums
- 0.75 oz lemongrass syrup
- 0.50 oz lemon juice
- 0.50 Cup crushed ice
- 10 thai basil leaves
Instructions
- Combine the Rhum Agricole, 2 Rums, lemongrass syrup, lemon juice, and crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Collins glass or tall tiki mug.
- Garnish with a chiffonade of Thai basil leaves.
