Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Lobos 1707 Joven Tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • 1/4 oz dry white vermouth
  • Kosher salt (for the rim)
  • Lime wedge and olive (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with a lime wedge and rim the glass in salt.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice, then add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and dry white vermouth.
  3. Shake the cocktail vigorously for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the salt-rimmed martini glass.
