Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz vegan Irish cream liqueur
  • 1.50 oz Disaronno (or other vegan-friendly amaretto)
  • 2.50 oz soya milk
  • 2.50 oz soya cream
  • Rosemary, for garnish
  • Dairy-free dark chocolate, grated (optional)
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Use a teaspoon to drizzle the vegan caramel sauce around the glass, slowly turning the glass for even swirling.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
