Ingredients

  • 3/16 cup 80-proof white rum
  • 3/8 cup orange juice
  • 3/16 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 3/16 cup club soda
  • 1 mint leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a glass, stir 2 tsp sugar with 3/8 cup orange juice until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add 3/16 cup white rum and 3/16 cup pineapple juice. Stir to combine.
