Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh peach slices
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Juice of 1/2 large lime
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp superfine sugar (to taste)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh peach slice (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place a drinking glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. In a blender, combine fresh peach slices, white rum, lime juice, superfine sugar, and ice cubes.
