Ingredients
- 3 oz cream of coconut
- 3 oz coconut milk
- 2.80 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2.30 oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 oz white rum
- 2 vanilla beans, split in half
- 3-4 whole cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
- Add the white rum to the mixture and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve or transfer into bottles for storage.
- Allow the coquito to rest at room temperature until it reaches desired consistency.
- Serve over ice, if desired, and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon for an extra flourish.
