Ingredients

  • 2 oz kirsch
  • 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 brandied Rainier cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice cubes.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir for about a minute.
  4. Discard the ice from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a brandied Rainier cherry. If brandied cherries are not available, fresh pitted cherries can be used as an alternative.
